This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase from jacoffee.ca (the "Site").
Personal Information We Collect

How do we use your personal information?
We use the order information we collect generally to fulfill all orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this order information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- In accordance with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertisements relating to our products or services.

In addition, if you are a European resident, we note that we process your information in order to fulfil any contracts we may have with you (for example if you place an order on the site), or to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. In addition, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order on the site, we will retain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete that information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Text Marketing and Notifications
By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. The SMS messages will not exceed 5 per month. You acknowledge that consent is not a requirement for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving SMS and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we have provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable way to opt out. Messages and data charges may be applied.
