Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

All refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee. This amount covers fees charged by Shopify, which cannot be refunded.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, be labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@jacoffee.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Per our policy, Food Items such as Coffee and Chocolates are a final sale and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Any purchase of custom Green Coffee Bean is also a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you have received a damaged product in order to facilitate the return and exchange process, please let us know in advance what the problem is by sending an email to info@jacoffee.ca, including your name and invoice number. If we do not receive said email, we will not be able to process your request and your purchased will be returned to the original shipping address without exchange.

JA Coffee will refund shipping charges for a defective purchase returned to us while shipping charges will not be refunded in the event that the returned and inspected purchase has no defect.

When shipping your return and exchange, please place the product in its original packaging.

The products must be returned with their original tags attached and packaging, along with the receipt.

Coffee, Chocolates or any other food products cannot be returned or exchanged.

JA Coffee reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy. In this case, the product will be returned to you.
